REGISTRATION INFORMATION

 

Prior to registering for the SECoPA Annual Conference, please review the registration categories carefully to ensure you select the appropriate option.

STUDENT INFORMATION

​

Individuals registering under the Student category must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program. A valid student identification card or proof of enrollment will be required at conference check-in.

MAIL-IN REGISTRATION

Participants wishing to register by mail should submit a completed registration form along with a check made payable to:

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

​

Registration cancelations may be submitted through (insert date) and will be subject to $25 administrative processing fee. 

 

Requests for cancellation received after August 10, 2025, must be submitted in writing to the SECoPA President for review and consideration. Refund requests after this date will only be considered under exceptional and unforeseen circumstances.

 

Registration substitutions are permitted provided that SECoPA receives timely notification prior to the conference. Approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days following the conclusion of the conference.

ACCESSIBILITY AND ACCOMODATIONS

SECoPA is committed to hosting an inclusive and accessible conference experience for all participants in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

 

Attendees requiring accommodations, including sign language interpretation or other accessibility services, are encouraged to submit their requests as early as possible. Requests for sign language interpreters should be received no later than two (2) months prior to the conference to allow adequate time for arrangements and to ensure reasonable accommodations can be provided.
