Membership in SECoPA is open to all active members of ASPA who belong to chapters located in the southeastern United States, that is Region III.​​, including the States of Alabama (AL), Arkansas (AR), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Kentucky (KY), Louisiana (LA), Mississippi (MS), North Carolina (NC), South Carolina, (SC), and Tennessee (TN) .​
